  • Once a garment has been altered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The process requires clear communication during order process, any adjustments made after confirmation of purchase may incur additional charges.

  • Returns are accepted for unaltered, unworn items with tags intact, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Bespoke garments and altered items are non-returnable.

 

5.2 Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

6.1 General Liability

  • Steel Torso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

 

6.2 Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements for bespoke tailoring. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
